Sign-in and public content
Sign-in is required to browse the main site. Any signed-in account may view public content. A flat number is optional for visitors; entering one requests resident verification. Necessary hosting and sign-in services may process technical request data.
Resident access and visit records
Only verified residents can view accounts, member payments, private downloads and the photo gallery. A verified email and flat must match the private resident records. Unmatched requests remain public-only and are emailed to paresh218@gmail.com for validation through a private review sheet. A flat number alone does not grant resident access. Signed-in email, account name, declared flat, access status, sections viewed, selected actions, date/time, site release and browser/device details are recorded privately for 90 days. Non-resident and pending requests are labelled separately from verified residents. The existing email list keeps verified contacts without duplicate entries. Resident verification and activity timestamps are updated only for verified residents.
Social sign-in
When enabled, you can choose Google, Facebook or LinkedIn through Clerk to verify your registered email. Clerk and the selected provider process your sign-in profile, email, session information and necessary cookies under their own privacy policies. The committee checks your verified email against its private resident list; signing up does not grant resident access by itself. The resident directory is not uploaded to Clerk. Social sessions last up to seven days and are checked by the server. Email-code verification remains available as a fallback. Read the Clerk privacy policy.
Private photos and video
Private media access uses your name, email, flat, verification code and consent. The gallery records access attempts, photo/video requests, view mode, download requests, time and browser information for 90 days. It does not collect IP addresses or hardware identifiers. Verification may be remembered for 90 days. Optional local photo copies may remain for up to seven days; your browser may remove them sooner. Sign out or use “Change flat / forget this device” on shared devices.
Event entries and community submissions
Event forms collect the information shown on the form for committee administration. Marathon entries include contact details, emergency details, optional medical information and payment evidence. Provide only what is requested and keep unrelated financial details out of screenshots. Contact the committee about access, correction, retention or deletion of your submission. Approved comments and community submissions may appear publicly; do not submit private information.
Advertising
Google advertising is currently disabled. If enabled following approval, Google and its partners may use cookies, local storage and identifiers to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and, where permitted and consented, personalise advertising based on visits to this site and other sites. See Google’s advertising data policy and My Ad Center. Required consent controls must be available before ads load. Declining advertising must not prevent public browsing. Paid community placements must be labelled as sponsored.
Your choices and contact
You can clear browser data, sign out of private media or forget your resident flat. External links such as WhatsApp and Google have their own policies. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact the committee. The committee must review this notice when services or data practices change.
