Community use

Use this site respectfully. Do not impersonate residents, misuse private photographs, post abusive content or attempt to bypass verification. Enter only your own flat number for resident access. Guests are welcome to browse public events and memories.

Events and payments

Read the current event form before registering or paying. Marathon entries remain pending until the committee verifies payment. Confirm the recipient and amount in your payment app. Contact the committee about changes, cancellations or refunds before paying; this website does not promise a refund policy that the committee has not published.

Media and submissions

Private community photos and films are shared for respectful personal use. Obtain permission before redistributing identifiable community images. Public previews and downloadable creative assets do not grant ownership of other people’s likenesses or third-party material. Submit only content you have permission to share. The committee may moderate submissions.

Advertising and external services

Advertisements, when enabled, will be identified. A placement does not imply committee endorsement. Never click ads to support the site or ask others to do so. External providers control their own services, availability and policies.

Schedules and content can change. Confirm essential event details with the committee. For corrections, rights concerns or questions, contact the committee.
